Mandy Miliman is an associate attorney at D’Alesandro & Miliman, P.A., where she has practiced law since becoming an attorney in 2010. She has litigated a dozen appeals in Maryland’s Court of Special Appeals, and has first-chaired complex jury and bench trials throughout the State of Maryland, resulting in substantial settlements and awards. She was also named in Super Lawyers Magazine as a Rising Star in the State of Maryland in 2017. Howard Miliman is a partner of D’Alesandro & Miliman, P.A., where he has been working since he started practicing law in 1981. A lifetime Maryland resident, he received his B.A. degree from the University of Maryland College Park and his J.D. degree from the University of Baltimore. Howard is an experienced litigator, and practices in all areas of law handled by D’Alesandro & Miliman, P.A., including, but not limited to, personal injury, felony and misdemeanor criminal matters, civil litigation, administrative hearings, and appellate cases. His countless achievements include six-figure jury verdicts in personal injury cases, high-dollar settlements in personal injury and other civil matters, acquittals in more than two dozen murder trials, and zealously defending employment disciplinary and state child care licensing actions. He has represented AFSCME union members, Baltimore City employees, Maryland state correctional officers, and other government employees for more than 30 years.
Lisa Miliman is an associate attorney at D’Alesandro & Miliman P.A., where she practices in the area of workers’ compensation. Lisa received her B.A. degree from the University of Maryland College Park, and her J.D. degree from the University of Baltimore. She handles workers’ compensation cases throughout the State of Maryland and is deeply familiar with the intricacies of Maryland law in this field.
